Commission and payout policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Why there is no refund policy

Because this site sells nothing and takes no payment from you. There are no subscriptions, no registration fees and no deposits — we are a partnership intermediary, and money does not flow from you to us; it flows from us to agents as commission. What this platform needs is therefore not a refund policy but a clear payment policy, which is below. If anyone ever asks you to pay to join as an agent through Partners FX, it is not us — tell us immediately.

Money you hold with a broker

If you deposit money with a broker after following one of our links, that money is with the broker and not with us. Deposits, withdrawals and any dispute about them are governed solely by that broker's terms and its regulator, and we have no authority to move or return your funds. If you have a financial problem with a broker we can help escalate your complaint to them, because of our contractual relationship — but the decision remains theirs.

1) Who earns commission

Commission is credited to the agent through whose referral link the client opened their broker account, according to that broker's own attribution mechanism. The rates shown on the partner programme page are indicative; the binding rate is the one in the partner agreement you have signed.

No commission is earned on an account an agent opens for themselves or for an immediate family member, or on accounts created to generate commission without genuine trading activity.

2) When commission becomes payable

Commission becomes payable once the broker has confirmed it to us and settled it with us. We cannot pay out commission we have not received, which is why the payment schedule follows the broker's settlement cycle rather than the date of the client's activity.

Commission appears in your dashboard wallet as soon as it is confirmed, showing the period it relates to.

3) Payment schedule and minimum

Withdrawal requests are processed monthly, after settlement with the brokers is complete, within the period stated in the dashboard at the time you make the request. We do not publish a fixed turnaround here because it depends on the payment method and on each broker's settlement cycle, and we will not commit to a number we might not meet.

A minimum withdrawal amount is published in the dashboard. A balance below the minimum stays in your wallet and rolls into the next cycle; it is not forfeited.

Transfer fees charged by the payment provider are deducted from the withdrawal amount unless stated otherwise when you make the request.

4) Clawback

If a broker reclaims commission it previously paid us — because of a reversed deposit, fraud, wash trading, or the client breaching the broker's terms — the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance. If it has already been paid to you, it is deducted from your following commission.

We may temporarily hold a balance under review if a broker reports a suspicion to us, until that broker closes its investigation. We will tell you in writing that we have done so and why.

5) Conduct that forfeits commission

Commission is forfeited, and the account may be closed, in cases including: impersonating Partners FX or a broker, promising guaranteed profits, misleading advertising, using someone's details without their knowledge, or breaching a broker's terms or the rules that apply in the client's country.

6) Disputing an amount

If you disagree with a calculated amount, write to us through the Contact page within 60 days of it appearing in your wallet, quoting the client reference or the period in dispute. We will review the statement with the broker and come back to you with the outcome and the document we relied on.

7) Tax

Commission is your income, and you are responsible for declaring it and paying any tax due on it where you live. We do not withhold tax on your behalf and we do not give tax advice.
