Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1) Who is responsible for your data
The entity operating this site is the controller of the data described here. Its legal details and address are published on the About page, and the way to reach it about privacy is in the last section below.
Partners FX is a partnership intermediary and master IB, not a broker: we do not open trading accounts and we take no deposits. When you go through to a broker via our links, that broker becomes an independent controller of your data and its policy applies, not ours.
2) What we collect
Visitors: we ask you for nothing in order to browse. A few simple preferences are kept in your browser (language, light or dark theme, notices you dismissed) and are never sent to us. They are listed individually in the cookie policy.
Contact and booking forms: your name, email address and the text of your message; the meeting booking form also takes a company name, a contact name and a phone number if you give one. These are the fields we need in order to reply, and we ask for nothing else.
Reviews and forum posts: the name or pseudonym you choose and the text you write. What you post is public — do not put anything in it you would not want read. Voting on posts creates a random identifier kept only in your browser to stop double voting; it is not linked to your name or email.
Agent accounts: your name and email at registration, then your activity as an agent (referrals, commission, withdrawal requests) and the payment details you give us so we can pay you.
Click statistics: when a referral link is clicked we record the link code, a country code and the site you came from. We do not store your IP address with these records, or any personal identifier.
The attribution cookie: if you allow the “referral attribution” category we set a 30-day cookie remembering which agent you arrived through. If you do not, no cookie is set and the link still works.
3) Why we use it, and on what basis
To answer the message or meeting request you sent: the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.
To run an agent account and calculate and pay commission: the basis is performance of our contract with you, and legal obligation as regards keeping financial records.
To publish your review or post: the basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, which you can withdraw by asking us to remove what you posted.
To measure site performance, to attribute referrals, and to load external content: the basis is your consent alone, and none of it runs before you give it.
We make no automated decision that produces a legal effect on you, we build no behavioural profiles, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
4) Who else sees your data
Supabase — our database, authentication and file storage. Every account, review, post and commission record we hold lives there.
Vercel — hosting. It processes page requests (including IP addresses), and provides the performance measurement that is conditional on your consent. Cloudflare — our domain registrar and DNS provider.
Resend — sending operational email (welcome, withdrawal confirmation, monthly report). It receives your email address and the content of the message.
Telegram — an important disclosure: when you submit the contact form or the meeting booking form, a copy of your name, email and message (and your phone number and company name on the booking form) is sent to our team's Telegram chat, because that is the alerting channel we work from. If you would rather your details did not pass through Telegram, write to us directly at the address on the Contact page instead of using the form.
Brokers — we do not send them your personal data. What a broker receives is that you arrived through a particular agent's link, at the point where you open an account with them yourself.
External content — if you allow the “external content” category, loading TradingView charts, Myfxbook widgets or the currency-rate provider reveals your IP address and browser to those companies. Each has its own privacy policy, linked from the cookie policy.
We may disclose data where the law requires it, to defend our rights in a dispute, or to prevent fraud in the commission system.
5) Transfers outside your country
The providers named above run servers in the United States, Europe and elsewhere, which means your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where EU or UK law applies, we rely for those transfers on the standard contractual clauses those providers offer within our data-processing agreements with them.
6) How long we keep it
Contact messages and meeting requests: up to 24 months from our last exchange, then deleted.
Agent accounts and commission records: for as long as the account is active, then for the period financial record-keeping requirements impose after it closes.
Reviews and forum posts: they stay published until you ask us to remove them or they breach the posting rules.
Click records: up to 24 months. They are aggregate by construction and carry no personal identifier.
7) Cookies and tracking
Every cookie and storage key the site uses, with its purpose and lifetime, is listed one by one in the cookie policy. Nothing non-essential runs before you consent, and you can change your consent at any time from the Cookies link in the footer of every page.
8) Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted; you may object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest; and you may ask for your data in a portable format. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before you withdrew it.
We answer within one month. We do not charge for this, and we may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request about an account.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country. We would ask you to come to us first so we can try to put it right directly.
9) Security
All requests are carried over HTTPS. The database enforces row-level security so one user cannot read another's data, and administrative operations run through narrowly defined functions rather than broad access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.
10) Children
This site is for adults. We do not offer our services to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you know that a minor has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this page if what we do with data changes. The last-updated date is at the top, and it moves only when the text actually changes. We will announce any material change on the site.
12) Contact and complaints
For any privacy question or request, write to us through the Contact page or at the address published there, with “privacy request” in the subject so we can deal with it quickly.
